Are there any other manufacturers that have the HDTV tuner built in at this time besides Zenith?
Is it a wise choice to get this, will it be the final tuner or would it be better to wait for a set with the decoder, DVI input and firewire?

I don't know of any other manufacturers besides Zenith. I think that if you got this set, you'd have to be prepared to buy an external tuner at some point down the road. The main reason is that without firewire, there is no way to record from the built-in tuner. Seeing how the price of the Zenith is comparable to competitor's sets without built-in ATSC tuners, you're basically getting it for free anyway.

I think that the status of DVI is still too up in the air to decide if its going to be required in the future. While many of the new ATSC STB's on the market have a DVI output, virtually all of the 4+ million HD monitors sold thus far don't have a DVI input.
