Is there any news about how "The 300 Spartans" dvd is coming along? Any word on how long it will be delayed?

Richard, I've got to hand it to you...you're persistent Patience, my good man. I too am chomping at the bit to have this sword and sandal epic on DVD; heck, one of my kids even asked me about it recently (he's seen part of it on AMC and is anxious for Dad to buy it...chip off the old block, the boy is).

I have to believe that the release date of 5/20 mentioned by Widescreen Review is most likely incorrect, as I believe this was the original release date listed by some websites. Fox's Peter Staddon of course was gracious enough to offer us some info (on April 9th) regarding the release being delayed due to a master related problem. Man, having The 300 Spartans DVD next Tuesday in my hands would be awesome, but I'm not counting on it...that said, I wouldn't mind a pleasant surprise
