Is there a Sony 300 disc changer that plays CDRW and MP3's? If so, does it have digital out? What is the sound quality like, would it equal or better than my 12 year old Sony 5 disc CDP-C50 CD player. My old player has dual D/A converters and 4 times oversampling, whooo
