I know that most (all?) progressive DVD players de-interlace material that originated as 24 fps. Are there any that convert material that originated as 30 fps video?

I'm not an expert here, but my understanding is that any progressive scan output DVD player will output 30 fps as progressive scan as a natural course of processing. I can think of no reason to think otherwise - I know my progressive scan rear projection display indicates 480p out of my progressive scan player even when displaying 30 fps (video source) material.
The big trick is making the proper 3:2 pulldown so that 24 fps source material is output as 30 fps progressive scan.
