I watched it, too, and liked the mysteries (I'm in the older quadrant of viewers unfortunately). I also liked that they used the twins minimally this year and concentrated on the cases and the Jake/Laura sexual tension. I'm really going to miss that next year.My only real disappointment among the cancellations is NBC's The Mysteries of Laura. I liked that show, but I was apparently one of the few young-ish people that watched.
While it drew a sizable audience for current network offerings (usually 7+ million overall viewers), it definitely skewed older with the 18-49 rating hovering around 1.0 most of the time with only a minimal DVR bump (to around 1.4).
NBC had the same problem with Kathy Bates' Harry's Law a couple of years ago. Lots of viewers but they skewed too old.
