Wow, I've always felt Lisa S was well beyond Owen as a reviewer but I never could have dreamed this from him.

Truly a dreadful, half-assed, plug n play effort. I like fun films, but the writing for this one was some of the worst of the year (not just dialog, but scenarios).

At best I can see it listed as a guilty pleasure or an average film that a person enjoyed, but it is utterly lacking of any real craftmanship that would warrant a top 10 appearance.

I guess the magazine still has to cater to a larger demographic and they didn't want to appear elitist and risk losing a few subscribers. ;)
