Right on. I won't even go into how this has turned into a virtual infanticide for children born with serious handicaps :frowning:
My brother has OI, a brittle bone disorder, and the # of children born with OI who are either put into homes, etc. without care is terrible. OI children rank as some of the brightest people born through some strange fluke of their defect (example: my brother writes for "Asimov" magazine, and will graduate with a double doctorate magna cum laude)
But, those children have almost no shot at getting adopted.. and so their mind is left to whither. Terrible.
