?? 2 Receivers into 1 set of speakers??--Need Help (1 Viewer)

Hi folks-

Here's the situation:
I have a dedicated stereo receiver and a surround receiver that I want to connect to the same 2 main front speakers. I can't just connect feeds from both receivers directly to the speakers so I'm wondering what I should try next. Can it be done?

You need something like this .

You just want to make 100% sure that such a switch can ONLY do A *OR* B, not both, as that will fry things.
