Ingmar Bergman's Scenes from a Marriage, and Kaneto Shindo's Onibaba.

Can't wait for the Bergman. 2004 will be a helluva year for Bergman fans.

Hopefully the coverart will stay up on the site:

Beat me by 10 minutes, I was just coming to post this info myself.

I am very stoked for SFaM, one of my favorite Bergmans. One less title to import. I like that cover, too.

I don't know anything about Onibaba, but I'm intrigued.

It wasn't really possible for Liv Ullman not to look incredibly hot back in those days, eh?

Hell yeah, you just made my night! Onibaba is not only one of the best Asian horror films of all time, but also one of the best horror films, period! It is a long time favorite of mine, and this news is like music to my ears. To top it off, that's an excellent cover. Criterion comes through yet again!

Onibaba on DVD at last?! Oh, yes! Beautiful, spooky film.

And more Bergman! The MGM set will be so sweet and now Scenes From A Marriage!

    Great news! [IMG]

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes!!!! There's already a perfectly respectable R2 disc of SFAM out, but this is wonderful!
