is it really hard to get a complete straight border?
of some reason I always feel that the top black border
on my set is slightly curved in towards the middle
I know that since RP TV's use 3 projectors to generate the
picture, it's very hard for them to focus into a completely straight line

I've been in the system convergency to tried and tweak this
but it's so freakin hard because when you move one point
it moves the others around it, any tips?

Thanks

Maybe you need to use a grid transparency made for your TV so you can be more exact. That's what a lot of people do.

Also, you should start from the middle and work your way out.
