Need help, how and where from to obtain pc software for my home cinema full automation. That is programing light on/off background music DVD play etc...

It all depends on what you have. How have you wired your lights so you can control them from your PC? Do you have a specific lighting control system installed, or are they X10, or ?? The DVD play and background music could be done from a HTPC, and there are several different options.
