In this haunting film, a quaint village in Hungary is forced to face up to its “ill-gotten gains” from World War II when two Orthodox Jews arrive in town.
Very good subtitled black and white Hungarian film that I saw today at my local Landmark theater. Even better than the film is the stunning cinematography and excellent score.
