Quite angered by the finale of 1923

I know it's for entertainment value, but that impossible-to-get-out circumstance of freezing to death in the wilderness only to be saved by a just-happened-to-be-passing-by train with your husband onboard. That was where the show jumped the shark for me.

I also think the ending was rushed with the killing of Whitfield which was done with no effort whatsoever.

I see your point, but even with how over-the-top and difficult to believe it was at times, I still liked the epic movie-length ending. Some emotional moments. And certainly some shootouts to fulfill all of the many Chekhov's guns we saw in this show. I could see potentially maybe watching this again after some years have passed.

But goat's milk isn't recommended for newborn babies. They should have gotten a wet nurse. In any case, that baby is probably the father of Kevin Costner's character in Yellowstone. That baby will be 20 years old in 1944, which is the next show now being worked on by Taylor Sheridan.
