My apologies if this is a known issue.
On the new DVD of 1776, at time 50:58, a subtitle pops up with the word "DEL" (including quotes).
I did not have subtitles on, and, when I turn subtitles on, this does not appear.
This is at the point where Samuel Rutledge, after calling the question, walks over to the state board and moves the Delaware slider. When the slider moves, the "DEL" appears.
I am running from a SONY DVP-NS700P. The problem does not occur on my DELL laptop (Inspiron 7500)
Is anyone else seeing this?
