I've built a 130L seal box, I am a 50% music 50% HT person, would I shiva be better w/ that much space or a tempest?

With a very similar application, Dan Wiggins himself suggested I use a Tempest. Goes a couple Hz lower.

I was doing a search on sealed tempest, and people's comment aren't that good on the small seal box unless if there is Linkwitz Transform circuit. Would it be better off with a shiva?
Also, is it possible to make a ported box, and then close the port whenever you need to lower Q for music?

How do I make a port that will produce F3 of 21Hz?

Take a look at the Shiva apps pages on the Adire site and go with their plans, that's probably your best bet given that question. You should also download the LspCAD software from them.
