I need to purchase a 12 volt trigger to go from my receiver
to my amp. This needs to be a AC to DC transformer(I can plug into the receiver) with a wire and connector to plug
into the amp. Where can I get this.
    Thanks in advance.

I'm going to be doing the same thing as my receiver doesn't have a built-in trigger output. I haven't looked into it too deeply yet but you need something like this 12V Adapter/500mA and this
Adaptaplug. My new Outlaw 755 amp can take a trigger signal that's from 6-12VDC. Note that there are other, more expensive adapters available at Radio Shack that deliver more current but I don't think that's necessary for this purpose. You may also get by with a 9-volt model.

Thanks JohnG and JohnS: The Radio Shack solution is what I need.
