I was just listening to the commentary on "12 Monkeys" and noticed that at the end it was kind of cut short. They were talking about the music and the producer was saying" most of the time in this game we do" and then it ended abruptly.
    Is it just my disk?
Please help, this is one of my favorite movies and I can not stand to have a defective disk.

Yes, it's like that on every DVD.
It's a mastering mistake (the entire commentary played through to the end over a black screen on the laserdisc.

Thanks a lot Patrick. It is a real shame to have such a mistake on this DVD.
BTW, how much of the commentary I am missing?

Also is there a transcript of the missing bit anywhere?
I think someone said the R4 version had the commentary (R2 has been screwed over AGAIN!) - is that mastered to avoid this cut off?
    Cheers

A similar thing happens on the Nightmare Before Christmas commentary. About 4 minutes from the end they just stop talking, no goodbyes, no "thank you for watching"`s, nothing.
