Hi, I have a 36" Sony XBR450 that I would like to sell before moving. The TV is just too heavy, and the DLP's are rather tempting. Do you think this is a fair price?

I have the exact same model and I think that $1,100 is a very fair price for a fabulous TV.
I don't plan on selling mine anytime soon.
