1080i w/ component video (1 Viewer)

Are there any DVD players with 1080i output through component video? The only one I have found is the Mecotek x4000 which says it's output is 1080i and it does not have DVI output which leads me to this conclusion.

Check out the Norcent DP-501M. This is a clone of the LiteOn LVD-2001 except for badging, which has a very long thread here at the HTForum and here:

You can also find out where to purchase at the above link. Cost with shipping should be under $180.

The Norcent can be upgraded to newer firmware using firmware for the LiteOn.

Not a stand-alone DVD player but the MyHD PC card will output DVD's at 1080i over component cables to my Sony KD-34XBR2.

I have a Norcent DP501M Liteon 2001 clone, firmware up to 3.02. Works nice really......
