My brother is going to get a new TV. He doesn't want to spend more than a grand (slightly more might be possible if it is worth it). He is looking for a 40-43" screen. Hi def is not necessary, neither is widescreen. What brand and models should we look at? Good built in sound is not needed, just the best possible picture in the price range
