I read from some other board that
this game is not compeletely done in 480P,
in fact on the driving levels and some of the FMV's are
so it switches between 480i and 480P

if this is the case then that really blows,
anyways if any of u videophiles get the game plz confirm

    thanks

It's 480p in both, as long as you do NOT have 1080i selected in your dashboard, allegedly.

Are you sure they weren't talking about Agent Under Fire?

Agent under fire is 480i throughout the game, could be the one.

guys I'm pretty sure they were talking about the latest game
    EON
yeah and I just read about the 1080i solution too,
but it seems like the game does not support widescreen either

Unfortunately a lot of games don't support widescreen. It looks good stretched though.

Turning off 1080i DOES fix the problem in 007: EON. I've got my Xbox hooked up to Component2 of a Samsung DLP display, which does not support 480i, so when I tried EON, I got no video.

When I turned off 1080i in the Xbox dashboard, now I get a signal and the game works.

As for widescreen support, the menu screens are not in widescreen, but is when you actually play the game.

I have every resolution turned on in the dashboard, and the only the menus show up as interlaced. I just played an on foot level, a driving level & watched a CG FMV, and each was 480p. And as James mentioned, the game is widescreen.
