The demo we saw (Panasonic?) at one of the HTF meets was not very good. Maybe they have improved since then?
Stream TV Glasses-Free 3D at CES 2018
I guess they also had proposed a similar system in 2012
Hello!
I acquired 2 copies of the 3D blu ray of The Mummy (2017) from Amazon UK. It is region free and unopened with slip case.
I am asking $15.00 + postage. It would be nice if someone from the Toronto/Hamilton area wanted it, since that would make it an easy exchange. Otherwise we can...
Hey Everybody,
I recently bought a new 3D setup some older refurbished stuff.. Well my problem is that when viewing a 3D Movie I am getting weird color abberations or something..
I have the following in the chain:
1. Integra DTR 40.3 Reciever.
2. Sony BDP 6700 Blu ray player
3. Optoma HD142x...
I own a wonderful TC-PC55UT50 Panasonic Plasma set, fit into a very tiny apartment. I have swapped this out for the largest display I can accommodate, a 65" LG OLED. I haven't the space to keep both of these sets.
The Panny is a 55" set that looks quite wonderful and uses active 3D. I will...
Although "Inception" and "Dr. Strange" pretty much said it all as regards inverted land/cityscapes Juan Solanas' little-seen "Upside Down" is probably even more impressive.
Two Earthlike planets are locked together by opposing gravity fields: one is rich, hi-tech and successful but achieves this...
Hello, and thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
I have a new projector, an Epson LS10000 which comes with active 3d glasses, receiving HMDI signal from a Yamaha RXA860 home theater amplifier with HDMI switching. Upstream I have a home theater PC connected to the amp via HDMI.
Regular...
I have a large collection of 3D blu rays which I am afraid will become obsolete because they are no longer making 3D sets.
Are there any good 3D headsets that will plug into a PS3 or 4, or 3D capable blu ray player that I can use for 3D viewing? I have no interest in games at all.
Many people complain that downloads from Netflix are interrupted or lost! Would like as many Comcast users to comment on what Router they have and any problems or solutions that corrected their problems. I know about Netgear NDR3700, Asus N56U as being many peoples favorites. Would like feedback...
What can I say? I love 3D! From the moment I began watching 3D content in my home I quickly discovered that I needed more content. I suspect that those of you just purchasing your first 3D hardware will acquire the same ferocious appetite. That's why I became the HTF 3D ADDICT. I personally love...
Cleaning out a deceased cousin's estate in Baltimore and came across a box with a Holson 3D Stereo Viewer and slides (in a custom box) from his bar mitzvah 60+ years ago. The viewer isn't functioning so I bought a Radex 3D slide viewer on eBay to look at the slides. What a time trip! Mid-50's...
I've got a 3D Projector and 3D Glasses and I've not gotten into 3D at home. I'm playing around this evening, and I know why: the movie looks worse.
A (2D) Blu-ray plays at 24Hz (23.976 Hz, precisely). A 3D Blu-ray feels like it's playing at half that rate per eye -- 12 Hz -- giving me a sense...
I received my copy of Wonder Woman 3D from Amazon yesterday, and it's the first time I've received a new DCEU movie that didn't include a slipcase as part of the packaging.
I'm wondering... did Amazon simply neglect to include the slipcase, or did Warner elect not to make one for the 3D version?

I did a search and could not see this topic addressed recently, but this year with both Star Wars Rogue One, and with Guardians of the Galaxy, there was only one way to get a 3D copy in Canada.
For Rogue one it was a limited edition steelbook exclusive to Best Buy, and from what I can tell they...
My FIL passed away (was a living survivor of the USS Indianapolis) and we're clearing out his apartment.
His SONY XBR-65X900A TV has vertical lines on the screen
Ideas? Comments? is this fixable and how much?? It's not something easily transported but of course we will have to at some...
We're working on a project to create our own home cinema room. We would like to have a passive 3D solution over active 3D (due the the flickering effect and the cost of active 3D glasses).
Based on our research, we have the following possibilities:
1. 1 passive 3D beamer (nowhere to be found...
I will soon be converting to an OLED 3D (2016 LG model), but I'm in a small dilemma.
I own a wonderful TC-PC55UT50 Panasonic Plasma set, fit into a very tiny apartment. I will soon (within two months) be swapping this out for a same-size LG OLED. I haven't the space to keep both of these sets...

It's been over two years since Warner Brothers released a vintage 3D movie title (Kiss Me Kate in 2015). Any guess when their next one will be released?
So, after 6 years my 60" LG 3D 1080P plasma finally died. Got a lot of use out of it and really enjoyed its stunning picture.
I started shopping for a replacement and finally settled on the LG OLED65C6P 3D 4K and the LG UP970 3D 4K Blu-ray player. Prices at Amazon and Best Buy were in my budget...
