New York has hit rock bottom for cinema presentation. I used to love going to see movies here. So sad.

And to think New Yorkers and others this weekend will be viewing MFL for the first time at multiplexes and malls- They done the old woman in!

I still boggles the mind that so many who never have will not have an opportunity to see it properly in New York! It could certainly be booked for one night - were not taking premiere here. The last I saw there was Into the Woods- a first run. Anywhere else doesn't cut it in NYC.

Why oh why isn't the Ziegfeld showing this like they did in 1994? Or even Lincoln Center's Walter Reade where I saw Heavens Gate 3 years ago. A real shame.
