I agree but the scenes of the two of them dancing make up for a bushel-full of plot inconsistencies. I can't wait to finally see those mirrored surfaces in HD, without all that aliasing and digital pot luck obscuring what should be an exquisite black & white image. It looked great in a theatre...

So do I. It's inappropriately maligned, in my opinion, because of extra-cinematic aspects. I think Audrey Hepburn is marvelous in it, and it's very well directed.
