I wasn't trying to paint Disney as an "evil corporate overlord". The fact is that Fox itself was putting less and less effort into releasing TV on DVD (and even less for BD) pre-Disney. And it wasn't just the MTM shows. But at least they were willing to license out some titles to Shout Factory...
