No I don't have a 4X3 TV and my point was just that when they blow up a 4X3 to 16X9 if it's done correctly, looks amazing BUT yes, the 4X3 is the original and should be vied as such. have a nice holiday!

Great news to hear! This Season also marks the name changed to The Danny Thomas Show. I disagree with you about the original aspect ratio as whatever Cozi-TV did to change it to a 1:78 I feel that it looks so much better!

Yes those first three seasons are unwatchable as I found some $1 DVD’S that was horrible and threw them out. I heard those shows are now in Public Domain and haven’t aired since the early 60’s in the afternoon. They showed seasons 1-9!

Enjoy but to me the main seasons are 5-11 when Marjorie Lord joined the show. Up until about 10 years ago seasons 10 and 11 had not been shown in any syndicated package since CBS reran those during 1965!

When I was a kid all the reruns on every show looked like it was a 16MM prints compared to the prime time versions that were definitely in 35MM! Just an interesting observation. Yes the COZI prints looked the best and I don’t have Pluto to compare but your a cinematographer and hopefully enjoy...

I doubt it's in HD even though it's advertised as such. I think the picture looks like shit; definitely NOT HD!

I watched an episode from Season 10 and on IMDb the 1st scene was cut but not on Filmrise.

Hi Neil! FYI I checked out the IMDb version and unfortunately they have been butchered because I also checked out the Filmrise streaming network and they didn’t cut the opening scene of the same episode!

One of the longest running sitcoms in history. 11 Seasons and in those days they did around 33 per season, not like today's shows. It's a disgrace that with all the ads today's sitcoms are 21 mins. and 60-minute shows run 43! And the Networks con't get why their audiences dwindle every single year!

Well after checking/googling around it doesn't seem to be airing anywhere currently. Your Seasons 6-11 quest might be resolved if and when COZI-TV decides to air it again and then you can just DVR those seasons in your library. I doubt with the DVD industry slowing fading into oblivion there's...

Since the 2 seasons weren’t successful on DVD and the distributor told me it wasn’t financially possible to continue the discs with little or no interest. I just want Cozi TV to start airing them again 😇!

I wonder why she doesn’t act any more. After the show I really thought she’d be a big star. Oh well, I studied acting and I became a Teacher!🥸
