I have the same episode, but between all of the commercial breaks there is a total of at least 80 seconds of black screen, which would bring the actual running time to less than 48 minutes.

Hopefully all five seasons get released, and it doesn't get abandoned like "Mr. Novak" seems to have been, or "The Eleventh Hour". Any word on the second seasons of those shows getting out soon?

Volume 1 states that it's 799 minutes for 16 episodes, which works out to about 50 minutes for each show. Volume 2 says it's 801 minutes.
