Criterion has a UK division, just there a bit slow getting releases across the pond though.

We'll just have to keep our fingers crossed that this film gets A. Actually released on Blu-ray. B. That Criterion is the one that does it.

Catch-22 is a title right up their alley though. Paramount wouldn't included anything at all or anything new in the way of features that Criterion would do. Criterion's has released one Alan Arkin film so far with The In Laws, so more of his films could be coming down the road.

Criterion would most likely release it at this point as Paramount has had years to release it themselves, but has yet to do so though. The last time they released this film was a DVD re-release back in the late 2000's/early 2010's.
