I have both this and the edition from 2000 and from what I remember from watching them throughout the mid to late 2000's the picture quality looked good to me.

Love how you're all blah, blah, bah about technical details and then just causally blurt that out and go back to blah blah blah again.

I have the Shout/Scream Factory Halloween collection from 2014, I'm good.

The Anchor Bay releases are the only versions I've seen of this film.
