For certain regions, sure, but Criterion's license for releasing "Breathless" doesn't come from Studio Canal. I'm not sure who Criterion's license is from but it could be Rialto, mk2, or Genius.
Just like Studio Canal released a blu-ray for "Last Year At Marienbad," Criterion hasn't lost...
Correct, JediFonger. At this time, I do not work for Criterion. ;) Then again, I've never worked for Criterion, and I seriously doubt that I'll ever have such an opportunity.
Alas, I'll just stick to my title as a 'fan' of their work. :)

Below is a great e-mail response from the president of Criterion, Peter Becker, to a customer concerning certain happenings and releases at Criterion.
Not according to Criterion's site now. Monsoon Wedding now has a release date of November 20th. All October titles have been pushed into November.
EDIT: Thinking about it, though, the date of November 20th doesn't fall on a Tuesday, obviously, Criterion could have accidentally put in...
However, now that all of October's releases have been pushed into November according to Criterion's site, we have 4 titles for November and none in October. CC
Guillermo del Toro has stated in the past that the blu-ray of "Cronos" was being worked on, so I imagine that would go hand-in-hand with Criterion's DVD release.

I don't know how you can say this when Criterion's site still shows "Nights Of Cabiria" as being out-of-print. Criterion's site has listed it as being out-of-print for quite a few months now.
