Jay; Yep as you heard one long followed by two short means "no video". first thing I suggest is.. get a new videocard!! Sure 4 meg will allow you the basics, but a cheap $50(even $30) vid card will kill your current one. I'd doubt it was 2 board in a row. Power supply .... take it to a shop...
