Obi-Wan: There was a young filmmaker called Lucas, who was seduced to CGI side, helped ILM hunt down and destroy the originals. Now there are just a few 35mm technicolor private owners prints remaining.
He was still Anakin, only driven by vengeful hate of a gifted power that was corrupted by that sadistically positively prime evil, Palpatine, that deceived tricked and robbed Anakin of the goodness within him for just another pawn for the emperors own personal cause of paranoia.
Add Willow that has been butchered up its a mess on bluray with lousy boasted typical contrast levels that can't be undone with messing with calibration levels on the tv the damage is on the content. Thank goodness I keep my Laserdisc and DVD as the contrast is about correct.
Look at the...
Well best way to see it hear it is on letterbox Laserdisc with original mono mix. I seem to notice the CGI effects in THX-1138 on bluray and I have watched the film a fair few times but would like to own it on Laserdisc.

But will the mixes be Theatrical mixes not near-field mixes, well included both to please as I won't theatrical and original not the remixed Return of the Jedi CAV THX with dialogue pans centered as that takes me out of the film. Glad I have early CBS/FOX laserdisc.
Lucas Paws Ltd.
I swear if originals are released with THEATRICAL FAR FIELD and none of this near-field remixing nonsense or Lucas and fox and disney, can keep it.
My bitch t!ts have no more milk to give? Lucas has dried them up.
No FAR FIELD THEATRICAL MIXES = no £20.00 not spending another £20.00 on near-field watered down dynamics and messed with audio tracks. Enough Is Enough.
I like my CBS/FOX editions I don't play the rubbish THX CAV box set no more or on-wards to dire bluray.
I'd sooner have SD line res...
I have only seen 35mm optical Dolby as the cinema where mostly all the OT STAR WARS played at the cinema had removed 70mm during early 70's and was left with 35mm.
I'd like CBS/FOX editions 70mm 6-track Dolby mag masters in HD. I'd be satisfied with that.
Dave, the mix on JEDI CBS/FOX is how I recall that at the local Gaumont screen 2 downstairs screen in Dolby Stereo with the few dialogue pans. The THX edition starting with CAV THX box-set, all the way to blu. is all centred, So not close to the '83, flashback.
I paid £25.00 for that at record...
Ether way, I don't care and it was the cluster George Lucas f&ck version.
Watching ALIEN THX LD AC-3 right now I don't care for ITV star wars and WTF is it doing on so late attacking death star at 01:10 hours? It must be R rated version as children normally put to bed at 9pm.
It used to be on...
No, no this must be the WTF 97/2004 edition as Princess Leia blaster didn't sound like a f%*king Magnum 44 being shot several times.
I'm turning the SDDS fader down on this crap, to -19.8db, this ITV HD doesn't deserve 0db reference.
Switching this ITV HD STAR WARS crap off.I'll watch the WTF...
Its the '97  version as it has the stormtropers dialogue pan
"Someone was in the pod. The tracks go off in this direction".
"Look, sir: Droids"
I'd might as well play the laserdisc with scope look over this amateur TV looking W/S.
Now switched back to watching W/S wide screen wars...
STAR WARS A NEW  HOPE is on ITV1 and later repeated on ITV+1 at 22:45 UK time.
Panned and Scanned or more like W/S  ITV have no clue how to present scope films?
PCM Dolby Stereo PLIIx on the Onyko, I have rig a analogue lead form back to Dolby CP500, I prefer the vintage DOLBY...
