-15 is where I play most of my movies--nice and loud, but not ear-shattering. Some of the hotter mixes like LOTR I have to play at -20. -5 would probably permanently damage my hearing.

Channel levels are universal, AFAIK. I don't see any way to calibrate separately per input or per sound field.

Thanks for asking this; I didn't bother to check until you did. I ran MCACC with my PW-2200 level set to 12 o'clock. The result is that the sub level is set to -10 dB in the receiver, which I believe is the minimum. In other words, I probably had the sub cranked up too high to where the MCACC...
