There is, just not in the US. It’s available in 4K on Disney+ internationally.

Fox titles are available for rent and purchase digitally, so I don’t think there’s some sort of conspiracy to suppress them on Disney’s part. I just don’t think they thought it was worth their while to release them on disc.

Cinemas can still book Fox titles. A theatre near me just screened Aliens, and Predator 2 and Die Hard are coming up. There's also a festival of Fox noir titles, including Fallen Angel, Road House, Moontide, Pickup on South Street and Niagara.

That's not necessarily true. They don't seem to want to farm out proper Disney titles. but they were fine with licencing out many Touchstone and Hollywood films to Kino, so it's possible they'll do the same with Fox.
