Right now, everyone is using LG OLED panels. Samsung is just starting to produce their own.

I didn't watch the whole thing, but I did scan through the 4K stream on iTunes. It's certainly an improvement over the new blu-ray, but it still has an overly-processed, flat look to it. Overall, I still think the older disc looks better.
I have both. The new one certainly isn't unwatchable, but it's noticeably soft and flat looking, and not as good as the previous disc, which also isn't perfect.
