Nothing's for certain, but I still have access to purchased titles which are presently not available on iTunes. I also understand that people who bought The Devils still have it, even though it was only for sale very briefly, and by mistake.

I saw it theatrically recently - from the new 4K master - and it still opened with the Fox logo, so I guess Disney decided to acquire the video rights to go along with theatrical.
Not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but it looks like it's official...

I don't think theatrical exhibition is dead just yet. At some point, people want to get out of the house, and while ticket prices are higher than they used to be, they're still a relative bargain compared to other forms of entertainment.
Also, it seems as though streaming vs. theatrical may not...
