Well the only reason I got a response is because I took the advice and called the number on the website. I feel that I might just have gotten a placating runaround though.

What does the Kino Lorber support team have to do with Warner Archive or WB Shop?
The only "contact us" method on a WB Shop order leads to an email address which then says (in plain English) that they will respond in 24 hours. Unless you know something I don't, there is no additional online form.
At least they acknowledge you. I emailed WB Shop on Monday, December 7th and got an auto response that I would get an email back within 24 hours. It's now Friday, December 11th and two additional follow up emails haven't even elicited an acknowledgment from them. Shoddy customer service.
