Nope. WB Shop told me they'd have an expedited replacement out on FRIDAY but, naturally, I've gotten no confirmation of any kind as of yet.

What does the Kino Lorber support team have to do with Warner Archive or WB Shop? The only "contact us" method on a WB Shop order leads to an email address which then says (in plain English) that they will respond in 24 hours. Unless you know something I don't, there is no additional online form.

At least they acknowledge you. I emailed WB Shop on Monday, December 7th and got an auto response that I would get an email back within 24 hours. It's now Friday, December 11th and two additional follow up emails haven't even elicited an acknowledgment from them. Shoddy customer service.
