    You think so? I'm no lawyer but I'd figure that the 'S' logo would be Warners lock, stock and barrel.

    My obviously incorrect memory was that they didn't get to use the 'S' logo. Good on DC and Warners for sharing. With all the money involved with superhero franchises, I kinda doubt they'd get to use it if Hollywoodland was made today.

    Warners doesn't own George Reeves' story so anyone could do what they want with that. I'm pretty sure that the movie didn't get use the Superman logo (which Warners does own).
