Mine has been in Jersey City for almost two weeks. Some people have gotten it but I think it all depends on how screwed up your postal region is. If only bad things happen forever to the people that deliberately caused this problem, they'd still deserve far more.

Mine is currently in Jersey City. It's the one package that I have some hope of getting in the next few days since the one other package that I've received in the last month came through there. The other ten non-VS packages are sitting on a loading dock waiting to even be scanned.
Most people who bought it from their site back in November have already received their copies. The on-sale date for other retailers like Amazon is January 26.
I wouldn't worry. Their last couple sales have resulted in them shutting down their site for weeks after. Then with the upcoming holidays, I'd expect them to leave the site offline but I think it'll be back in early January.
I remember when they'd have sales and they'd be offline for the rest...
I'd pick Criterion as the best since they have deeper pockets and can license out titles from studios but Vinegar Syndrome does excellent work and is saving alot of movies from oblivion so they're a strong number 2 in my mind.
Rad was also available during a pre-order period which I assume is how they decided on how many total copies that they'd need. Once it was pressed, they announced the print run and sold the copies that weren't pre-sold as part of that 3 day sale over Memorial Day. It's still impressive that a...
I can't speak to how the 3-D will end up (though I am also assured by 3DFA's involvement) but Vinegar Syndrome generally does great work so I expect this to be an excellent release.
