I had a toaster when I was teen. If you put that same toaster in front of me now, I may have recollections of the one from my younger days, but I wouldn't necessarily think "Hey! That's the same toaster I had 20 years ago!". More likely I'd think "I used to have one just like this..."...

Dale, it's a rumor at this point. A strong and very likely one, but rumor nontheless. Regardless, if you want to wait until 2007, go for it. Me, I couldn't wait that long.

Several members have reported that the English 2.0 track has the missing cue intact. I haven't had a chance to try it myself. :)

Mark, you didn't read his message. The English and French 2.0 Surrounds have the exact same sound...the musical cue is there. The English DD 5.1 is missing the cue. His point was that everyone keeps comparing the English 5.1 to the French 2.0. They SHOULD be comparing the two 2.0...

There goes that sign again... :D Seriously, I thought that article was great. Shane: How would Luke recognize the healed & whole elder-Anakin, when he had only seen the pale, scarred mess of a man for a few minutes? I'm pretty sure Luke is clever enough to put two and two together. :D...

Regarding Ron's last post...all I can say is... here here. I just wanted to say this: Watched the trilogy this past weekend. Had a couple of friends over, served blue milk (actually vodka-laced vanilla "mudslides" with blue food coloring) :D and watched ANH and ESB. You know what? We...

I loved that too. Just made me chuckle that they were just totally oblivious to the insanity right behind them. PS - Jedi-Guy had NO idea I was going to walk up and shoot him. I just couldn't take the dancing anymore.

Man, todays Dork Tower is a scream! Thanks for that Doug! Speaking of funny... just because I think we all need a chuckle... may I present The Jedi Cantina Dance. (Quicktime MOV) (This is from release day, featuring an INSANE buddy of mine. The trooper at the end is moi.)

Nah... I'm tall enough to be a 'trooper. Although I'm a smidgen WIDE for one. ;) Pity I didn't know it was you there Max! I was one of the not-so-short troopers. :D I don't have any photos back from the midnighter yet... But here is a shot of a few of us outside FutureShop yesterday...

You know what? I had fun during a midnight release last night. I'm going to have fun this afternoon with my fellow 501st members. Then I'm going to have fun this weekend, with a few friends over to watch the movies in all their fun-ness. I'm even going to serve blue milk. (Actually, I'm going to...

Ah, but there is a difference between an opinion and an informed opinion, is there not? I agree with Jesse mostly because I don't want to see yet another thread descend into pointless circular bickering. If people don't actually plan to buy the DVDs, then we've already heard their thoughts...
