I say kudos to T-Mobile for their rural rollout of 5G (my little rural community was part of their initial rollout), and boo to Verizon, whose slogan of "5G Built Right" is quite the opposite, rolling out in larger metro areas first.
I think you may be in the minority on that one. I don't know how many snapper cases I had that were crimped, either in shipping to the retail store or in shipping to me. All snapper releases have either been replaced with its Blu-ray/UHD re-issue or I scanned the cover and replaced it with a DVD...
They did release a few "new to Blu" Paramount titles, the only one I am familiar with was Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life. There is no home video logo when inserting the Blu-ray, but the menu design is clearly Warner's.
But Paramount really needs to join Movies Anywhere, as do Lionsgate, MGM, STX, etc. I am hesitant to purchase digital-only releases from these studios mostly due to the fact that the purchase is for a single retailer. We are seeing some weird happenings lately in streaming - Walmart was (or...
Both Sony and Universal have moved away from the more traditional eco cases (the ones with the recycle logo and spokes cutouts) to cases that are slightly thinner but still solid. I really prefer these cases over the traditional ones that Warner still uses.
They're already staying fairly high compared to years prior. New Blu-ray releases that would typically sell for $20 or less the first week are routinely selling for $23-25, with 4K Blu-rays selling for $30 when they used to debut at $20-25.
I'd like to add MGM and STX to that list. To have Universal distribute for both studios and only offer ATV (formerly iTunes) codes is confusing for the average consumer.
