It would behoove these studios, especially when upgrading an existing 1080P BD release, to run the old and new discs side-by-side synced up in order to catch any possible editorial mistakes. consider the costs of such a minor error slipping through the cracks.

Well, apparently Criterion's site has pulled the disc from sale along with some major retailers which makes one assume a replacement is forthcoming.

Does the BD included with the 4K disc appear to be the same as the previously released one? Edit: I found my answer...Yes. When I went to put the new BD in my Oppo it asked whether I wanted to continue where I last left off on the original disc. Only the disc artwork is slightly different.

I'll be watching my copy tonight. I have a feeling I will be very annoyed at those editing screwups.

Did Criterion stack the 4K and BD discs on top of each other?! I can't tell from that pic above what is going on there with the packaging. Edit: you put your 4K disc in a DVD keepcase or something, didn't you?

Can anybody else confirm that the film does not conform on the 4K UHD to what is on the 1080p BD?
