It was not listed on the enclosed packing list but is on the order number under my account at the KL website. The title in question is You And Me with George Raft and Sylvia Sidney.

Just received my order from this KL sale on Saturday! Terrific ..... except one item is missing with no notification that it will be coming later, it's out of stock, out of print etc. Now I have to go through the hassle of contacting them to find out why it wasn't included in the order. :(

Yes, it's from Via Vision and the Paramount logo and copyright are on the package. I have blu rays of The Carpetbaggers and Harlow so I've never watched the DVDs in this set. Sylvia and But Not For Me are watchable but their transfers leave much to be desired. I'm happy to have those two titles...

Actually, it has been released on DVD in Australia but in the full frame format rather than anamorphic. It's part of Carroll Baker: The Paramount Collection. In addition to Sylvia, it includes The Carpetbaggers, Harlow and But Not For Me.

I'd love to see The Wild And The Innocent (1959) with Audie Murphy plus Sandra Dee, Gilbert Roland and Joanne Dru. It's never been released on DVD in the U.S. and European releases have always been P&S and it's a CinemaScope film. Add Destry and Tumbleweed and it's a day one purchase for me!

You remember incorrectly! It is indeed anamorphic (even says so on the back jacket ;)). The picture looks good. Not sure I like the movie enough to upgrade to blu.

Another disappointing transfer on a Universal western. Like Horizons West, Gun For A Coward is an erratic transfer. Sharp and clean in some scenes, soft and out of focus in others. :( I was so looking forward to the upcoming KL release of The Last Sunset but I'll now wait on reviews. I think...

I just took a look at Horizons West which I got in the recent KL sale and I must say I'm disappointed in the transfer. It's erratic going from sharp and clarity in one scene to soft and out of focus in the next. I upgraded from the German DVD which frankly looked better overall :(
