I hope the SciFi Chillers specs get announced today or this week :)

On Facebook Kino said they have Volumes 19-25 planned with more to follow :) Their quote "We currently have another seven (19-25) volumes planned and are working on more." Im sure there will be new to Blu-ray titles to check out , but that's a lot of Noir coming down the pike!

As long as it hasn't been cancelled, I'm good. I guessing that its just taking time to restore to have them look as good as possible. Remember how long the Mr. Wong series took ?

Ive been hoping for these movies for years, ever since Kino has done Universal deals. This to me is the announcement of the month, maybe the year! Only the WAC May and June titles are close in the excitement department ! It's truly great to get these Philo Vance movies an official Blu-ray...

I LOVE Face / Off ! My original Blu-ray stopped playing and wound up getting it again, but on a double feature Blu-ray.

Volume 1 has been in my collection since Day 1. Great films, glad I have it and also happy for its reissue for those who missed out. It's more than worth your $$$ :)

I might get Tentacles if Reptilicus gets announced. I usually watch them both but it's an oddity of a double feature disc from Shout ! Id prefer separate releases of them... Fun announcements today :)

I am hoping that one 40s title is either Ladies in Retirement or one of The Whistler films. This is certainly a great opportunity for Kino to release the OOP Twilight Time titles like La Bomba, Mad Magician.. basically the ones that cost too much to buy now ! :D

KL just posted in the other forum their new deal is with Sony, how cool is that ?? :D

In the other forum KL announced a new deal but it is not MGM, Universal or Studio Canal ..

Over at the other forum KL said he would confirm and deny Universal titles from the 30s to the 60s that anyone asked Can we do that here too ?? :)

These weekend announcements have been nothing short of awesome for fans and collectors alike. That's why I am hoping on this Labor Day three day weekend KL will announce 9-10 titles, with the reveal of the films for the upcoming Film Noir 5 and other assorted gems from MGM and Universal ! :D

Looking forward to Kino's weekend announcements. He said elsewhere both are UHD titles - one from the 2000s and one from the late 50s which is intriguing !

KL has said this weekend one of the announced titles will be an MGM UHD title announcement. Im going to make sure Im sitting down for this announcement after I nearly collapsed after the Silence of the Lambs was revealed ! :D

I always have had this feeling Lost Highway will wind up with Criterion when KL's license expires because of that experience with Lynch you mentioned. It'll wind up being a UHD release from them!
