Welcome Todd. These look like they originate from VHS dubs. I'm guessing at 23:50 they are missing about a 90 seconds? If you shrink them down with the window smaller they look better. That and about 5 dozen other series too.

Todd there's 21 episodes uploaded here. I discovered them while spending over 8 hours weeding out the best quality episodes of The Farmer's Daughter which I posted here. Better than nothing, right?
