WOW! That's huge news for Rivette fans. But what is Night of the Truth Jacques Rivette British Film Institute??? Neither I nor the IMDB has heard of this. There is 2004 France/Burkina Faso film by that title, but nothing from Jacques Rivette... We can hope against hope that Choses secrètes...

Les Enfants du Marais is indeed a marvelous film, probably Jean Becker's best. The R2-France DVD does not have subs. It is a beautiful cinemascope picture, so I hope any future English friendly DVD releases don't screw up the video transfer. Ted
