I heard the main bonus on the boxed set is a a free coupon for a years supply of tutti fruit ice cream.Im fine without that since I prefer vanilla with hersheys choc syrup!
I know all fans are very glad and thankful the complete series was released in about 16 months. That was pretty fast!
Here they are celebrating thanksgiving in 1956
I see season 14 is now available on amazon in HD for purchase.I assume season 13 will follow soon.A while back there was some discussion over Ozzies lack of a job so I was thinking what would be a good occupation for him if he had one? Maybe be an architect and work at home like Mike Brady/Brady...
Good article with the great James Burton- Ricks guitar player. And worked With the king Elvis.

The Nelsons are my favorite tv family. The Stones/Donna Reed show is a very strong second.3rd place the Douglases/My 3 Sons.If the complete Ozzie and Harriet Nelson series is released on blu ray I will instantly buy it despite the fact I have all 14 seasons on HD digital Amazon/Vudu.
I also bought seasons 13/14 on Vudu HDX they look pretty good.I have only had time to see the first episodes of both seasons so far.I will take my time enjoying the rest of them.Nice to see the Nelson family in clear color -season 14.Finally have all 14 seasons complete and in HD!
here it is again part 2 will play automatically at end of part 1

Should be next up on release schedule- the 1952 movie in HD 'Here Come The Nelsons' :)))
And the tv series that was also on ABC along with Ozzie and Harriet from 1958 to 1966
'Donna Reed Show' come on we just need 3 last seasons.
I guess Herman Munster had a natural 'flat top'.There should be no doubt as to getting the rest of the series. Its great! I think my second favorite tv family is from the Donna Reed show.Come on and release seasons 6-8!
I was curious about how often the our fav tv family appeared on the cover of TV Guide. 6 years straight with all of the family or part.1953-1958.I found this very cool site. You can click on each cover to enlarge it.All years are there from
1953 on...
Is this how you play that chord James?
Yes you got it Ricky!
Cool shoes and boots
James Burton on the left, and bassist James Kirkland on the right. 1958
In the season 6 episode "The Boys Land In Jail' (those rascals:) Ricky sings some songs with the 4 Preps.
I recently heard this 1 by them. What great harmonies!
I noticed the first 4 seasons are available on Amazon prime in HD for 25 dollars each.
I think I will switch to this site from now on from Vudu.com for future streaming of this fine and fun tv series.I just bought a Hotpoint fridge love it:)
I ordered the dvds of seasons 3 and 4 but they have not arrived yet.I just bought them at www.vudu.com in HDX

I preordered seasons 3 and 4 at amazon. But I probably will buy also at Vudu as i did with the first 2 seasons so I can stream via tablet or laptop. Or phone as i jog.Yes I lookout for potholes.
I received my season dvd sets 1 and 2 yesterday a few hours after I bought the HD versions on Vudu. Both are good. There is 1 rebroadcast version in the season 1 set and 4 in season 2 so a total of 5 out of 78 total episodes. Not bad. 1 of the rebroadcast eps runs 26.02/The Party and another...
I bought both seasons on dvd but they have not arrived yet. I purchased them this morning in HD on Vudu. They look about as good as I expected so I am pleased.I probably will just get the digital HD versions for future releases.
