    I watched the anaglyph of "Silent Madness" and it's no better than most other colour anaglyphs. At least it's not ColorCode.

    Yes but it's not worth the effort. However you slice it, anaglyphs, with the honourable exceptions previously noted, are never going to be much good.

    There's so much chromatic aberration in "Silent Madness" 3D that it often looks like an anaglyph even though it isn't.

    For some reason the anaglyph Spy Kids 3D looked awful on an analogue widescreen TV but much better on a modern digital flatscreen.

    The absolute worst anaglyph system is ColorCode which uses purple and amber lenses plus a lot of wishful thinking. It seems designed to put people off 3D. Channel 4 in the UK showed "Friday the 13th 3 3D" and "Flesh for Frankenstein" in ColorCode several years ago and they were barely watchable...

    Black and white anaglyphs look reasonable in the cinema but everywhere else, in colour or not, they're awful.
