I admittedly have not watched too many UK shows from the last 20 years, except The Office and Law & Order: UK(which I really liked).

And well I see the listing of honorable mentions and I almost forgot about USA's White Collar, which I really enjoyed. It was tough whether I placed that or The Office on my list.

I really liked the first two seasons of Covert Affairs, but for whatever reason I could not get into Season 3 and lost interest there.
