    Holy cow! That should have been on the DVD! And it's interesting to see Persis getting her hair cut. Roddenberry's making of book chronicled the event, and how emotional she was during it.

    I wasn't sure if posting the links in here was kosher before going out. Sorry about that! It irks me that most of the Paramount produced Trek tv specials have only seen release in the Japanese Laserdisc box sets. And none of them have made it to DVD.

    It was very short sighted of Paramount not to pony up for the new shots to be rendered in HD to begin with. As Foundation Imaging closed it's doors in 2002, who knows where the animation files are now?
